Qualifications :
1. Malaysian ATPL holder with minimum 2 years flying as offshore Pilot In-Command, or
2. Malaysian CPL holder with 600h flying experience for First Officer preferably offshore flying.
3. Willing to be located to Kota Bahru throughout the employment period.

Qualifications :

2. Malaysia, Candidate shall not be less than 21 years old
3. At least 3 years and above experiences in Flight operation field
4. Possess diploma holder (of higher) in related to the flight operation is an advantages

Ground Operation (Part Timer)
Duties and responsibilities:
He/she is responsible to assist Ground Operations Officer in:
1. Ensure the screening and checking-in procedures is followed by passenger.
2. Ensure only valid passenger is checked-in the flight in accordance with the booking list.
3. Ensure all passengers is given a safety briefing before flight.
4. Ensure all cargo or mail is properly declared and checked-in with a valid document.
5. Liaison with the Airport Authority and Client Representative concerning the movement of passenger and cargo.
6. Complete all the check-in document and hand over the Passenger Manifest to airport security and Pilot In-Command.
7. To carry daily flight schedule and planning requirements plus passenger allocations.
8. Any other duties delegated by Ground Operations Supervisor.

Human Resources and Admin Junior Executive
Location: Helistar Resources Sdn Bhd Kota Bharu Base
Duties and responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
2) Maintaining physical and digital personnel records I.e. personal files and records, attendance, employment contract, employment status, personal details, expenses claim, overtime, leave, etc.
3) To prepare and manage any HR-related documents—i.e letter of appointment, job confirmation, salary increment, warning letter, termination letter and etc.
4) To assist on organize and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, training programs, activities, team building etc.
5) Monitor tracking system and prepare weekly reports on the movements all employees, Check and update Suppliers Invoices and bills.
6) Good understanding of Employment Laws, good communication skills, proactive, and able to multi-task Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically and work independently.
Qualifications
To qualify as a Human Resources and Admin Junior Executive a person should have.
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
2) 1-2 years of experience as HR and admin or equivalent.
3) Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
