What types of aircraft are provided by this company?
We have 1 X AS350B2, 2 X EC120B AND 1 X AW109 S.

How many passenger can seat in these aircraft?
5 passanger seats in the AS350B2, 4 passenger seats in the EC120B and 6 Passenger seats in the AW109S.

If I need to book a flight how do I go about?
First of all what you need to do is to contact our staff and provide us the information about date of flight, take off time, estimate arrival time at the destination, number of passengers and passenger list. Our dedicated staff will assist you to reserve the desired date and they may assist to meet your requirements. Â Once confirmed, the quotation shall be issued for your further action. Full payment shall be paid before flight.

What is the minimium booking time or days if I urgently need the service?
Subject to nature of flight and availability of helicopter. For city tours, if helicopter is available, the minimum booking time shall be one hour.

What are the charges that can be expected?
The charges are flight charges from engine start up to engine shutdown. Other charges that may apply are: landing charges, night stopping and fuel drum charges (if any).

What is the endurance of the aircraft with full fuel?
3 hours.

Can the helicopter operates outside city area?
Yes.

Is there any additional charge if I require the pilot to wait in between destinations?
If the charged flight for the day is more than 3 hours, then the waiting time shall be waived. Otherwise waiting time charges shall be RM500.00/hour.

Can an infant been boarding the helicopter?
It is possible but must be accompanied and nursed by a responsible adult.

For joyride flights, is there any special rates for kids?
No. All passengers will be charged equally regardless of their age.

Can I request the helicopter to land anywhere?
Basically the helicopter can land at any open area. However landing clearance will have to be obtained. If there is a landing charge, then it shall be passed to the charterer.

If I wish to do an aerial photography or aerial fliming, what do I need to do?
For such flights, aerial photography or aerial fliming permit shall be obtained from Mapping Department or Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM) before flight.
